4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

OutlineShare uses artificial intelligence systems (large language models) to generate content suggestions, post plans, and comments. AI-generated content is labeled and always requires your approval before publication. We do not make automated decisions that significantly affect your rights.

Your data (style profile, interests) is used to personalize generated content. This data is not used to train AI models.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your use of the service and for 30 days after account deletion. Server logs are retained for 90 days. After this period, data is permanently deleted.
