These terms govern your use of the OutlineShare service. By using the service, you accept these terms.

3. Service Description

OutlineShare is a tool for creating professional content using artificial intelligence. The service includes:

  • AI-powered post and content plan generation
  • Article commenting (Quick Share)
  • Publishing calendar
  • Writing style personalization

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Content in the service is generated using artificial intelligence models (Large Language Models). Generated content consists of suggestions and requires your review before publication. You bear full responsibility for content you publish on LinkedIn or other platforms.

AI may generate content that is inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. Always review generated content before publishing.

5. User Account

To use the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining password confidentiality
  • All activities performed on your account

6. Acceptable Use

You are prohibited from:

  • Using the service for illegal purposes
  • Generating content that violates the rights of others
  • Distributing spam or harmful content
  • Attempting to bypass service security measures

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you create using the service. Generated plans and suggestions become your property. The OutlineShare service and its source code remain the property of the service provider.

8. Payments and Plans

The service offers a free plan and a paid plan (Pro). Details are available on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." The service provider does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Achievement of specific business results

The service provider is not liable for damages resulting from publishing AI-generated content without verification.

10. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to: [email protected]. We process complaints within 14 days.

11. Withdrawal Right

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital services, starting to use the service before the withdrawal period expires results in forfeiting this right (with user consent).

12. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of changes to these terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws. Disputes will be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.
